IBE Traditional Quad Gutters is the traditional gutter that still gives your home that Colonial look. IBE Quad Gutter has a smooth unobstructed appearance. Made from zinc/aluminium coated steel, Quad is strong and long lasting.

Cost Savings

IBE Quad Gutters is continuously roll formed from .'55 gauge coil steel and therefore has low initial cost. Labour savings in erection time are also made because of the quick and easy method of attaching to the Fascia. Because of the protective coating there is very little cost involved in maintaining IBE Quad as it lasts years without being touched.

Protection

Zincalume® and Pre-painted Zincalume® coated steel provides the best protection from the environment and gives long life to any building.

Lengths

IBE Quad Gutter can be cut in the factory to any length specified by the customer. Using longer lengths eliminates joints and gives a neat appearance. (Max. 8m)

Support Recommendations

Cutter Brackets are to be placed at Stop Ends and between Stop Ends at intervals of not more than 1200mm. Where Metal Fascia is used.

Compatibility

Lead flashings and copper or copper alloy materials should not be used with or in run-off situations with Zincalume® sheeting. Also do not use lead head nails.

Sealing

Zincalume® or pre-painted material cannot be soldered and to seal a suitable sealant and mechanical fasteners must be used.

Thickness

The material thickness is 0.55mm Base Material Thickness and 0.62mm Total Coated Thickness. Gutter Brackets are manufactured from 1.2mm BMT Zincalume® steel sheet.

Finish

IBE QUAD is available in the following finishes:
a. Standard Zincalume®
b. Pre-Prime coated Zincalume® suitable for painting.
c. Pre-painted Zincalume® in a wide range of colours.
